Juicing

 Problem with juicing, I hate hate hate throwing any food item away. SO, after many many tries, I have found the perfect pulp stuff.

Last time I juiced, I tried pulp lasagna, pulp pizza, pulp quiche, pulp soup, and pulp muffins. My family gagged.


THIS time I have a better juicer with very dry pulp. The juice yield is great, but the pulp is heavy. I now think I have a great recipe.

Pulp: amended with coconut flour, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax meal. Add eggs and ground sausage. AWESOME!



The juice to pulp yield is amazing - look at all the juice, and all the pulp patties. (My hubs wants me to call them veggie burgers, it sounds better than pulp patties)
