Australia with Hubs Day 7- Phillip Island to Ballarat

Trying so hard to like this stuff because it is good for you. Tapped out.

This little bush possum was mating on our roof the night before, but was all alone tonight on our deck. When I called her from inside the sliding door, she came right to me. So much cuter than USA possums!

HAHAH Call it for real. Pit stop on the drive to Ballarat.
WorldMark in Ballarat - lovely 1800's estate

Checked in Ballarat - went straight to the Ballarat Wildlife Park. I was in heaven - LOVE these little wallabies, and the big Kangaroo hugged me so tight (wanting food, of course)

I can' even - they are beyond cute. HOWEVER a local man told us he found a pack of wild dogs trying to kill a koala, so he shot the dogs, threw a blanket over the koala to rescue it. That koala was STRONG and MEAN, he said. Don't let looks fool ya ;)

Just for educational purposes

Totally adorable. Beyond.

They wedge themselves in the fork of a tree to sleep.

Typical outback home

Cuteness overload - a nursing wallaby!

Tasmanian Devils. Not wanting one for a pet at all.

Driving up to this Worldmark - not too shabby.

The grounds were beautiful

I did lay down for 2 minutes.

You can tell Organics by their red tips

Beautiful night moons

Feeling Peckish? Nice try - we went to grocery store.
